Where we ship

We ship to physical addresses in the United States (contiguous states unless noted on your quote).

Processing time

After you confirm an order with our sales team, most in-stock home printers ship within 1–3 business days. Large-format or special-order models may take longer; we will tell you before you pay.

Delivery estimates

• Standard ground: typically 3–7 business days after shipment
• Expedited: available on request; quoted at checkout confirmation

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated from your ZIP code, weight, and carrier. The final amount appears on your order confirmation before payment. Occasional free-shipping offers will be stated on the product page or quote.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your package leaves our warehouse.

Damage or loss

Inspect packages on delivery. Report visible damage within 48 hours with photos so we can file a carrier claim or arrange a replacement.
