Return window
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless noted otherwise on your order confirmation.
Condition
- Opened printers may incur a restocking fee or be non-returnable if ink/toner was installed or seals were broken.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging when possible.
- Defective units: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and the issue description.
How to start a return
Email with your order reference, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. We will send return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Manufacturer warranty
Many printers include a separate manufacturer warranty. We can help you find the right support channel; warranty claims are handled under the maker’s terms after the return window above.
